A Pittsburgh native and graduate
of Belle Vernon area high school, Dr. Gobbie obtained a B.S.
Degree at the University of Notre Dame. His dental training
was at the University of Pittsburgh where he was awarded his
Doctorate in Dental Medicine in 1984. In addition, Dr. Gobbie
completed a three-year Orthodontic residency at the University
of Pittsburgh in 1987. During his residency, Dr. Gobbie was on
the teaching staff of the Orthodontic Department, coordinated
the department's Dento-Facial Abnormality Clinic, and
completed the requirements necessary to obtain a Masters
Degree in Dental Science.
Dr. Gobbie has been in the exclusive, private practice of Orthodontics in the
Pittsburgh area since 1988. His particular interests in the field include early
intervention in young children to correct developmental problems, adult
Orthodontics, and correction of severe and complex Dento-Facial problems using a
combination of Orthodontics and Surgery. |
